VSH XPress copper water

XPress is a complete piping solution for a range of applications, from drinking water, gas, heating and solar systems through to sprinkler systems. The XPress range includes M-profile press fittings, tubes and press tools, and is available in galvanised steel (C-steel), stainless steel and copper. The advantages of XPress: BIM-ready, quick and easy connections, insertion depth market, sizes and materials are easy to recognise, and the leak-before-pressed function.

The fittings and O-rings have carefully determined tolerances so the tubes are easily inserted into the fittings. The EPDM O-rings have a wide temperature range (-20°C to +110°C and an operating pressure up to 16 bar. They have a special coating for easy insertion of the pipes and to greatly reduce the risk of damaging the O-rings. VSH supplies end couplings instead of end caps. This means that pipe ends can easily be capped off, but also used for future connections. The copper fittings comply with EN1057 R220/250/R290.
