Description

Compact wastewater pumping station. Kit includes one or two 450 l collection tanks, two horizontal submersible SL series wastewater pumps, control unit with analogue level sensor and connection accessories. The 450 litre tank is made from airtight, noncorroding polyethylene and is completely gas and odour proof. The pump is supplied with three horizontal inlet connections DN150 with seal, vertical inlet connection piece DN100, vertical connection piece DN75 for the vent with flexible connection piece and clamps, two horizontal connection pieces DN40 with connection and clamps for manual membrane pump (accessory). The tank has an internal reinforced chamber and suction pieces to prevent sedimentation and to reduce the remaining wastewater volume. Instead of an additional collection tank, four DN150 connection pieces are fitted to the sides. Horizontal wastewater pump with channel or vortex impeller for any application. Free passage up to 80 mm for reliable operation without blockages. Unique clamping system to remove the wetted parts and motor within a minute. Watertight stainless steel cable plug for convenient maintenance and servicing. Twin shaft seal cartride for convenient maintenance and servicing. Motor with thermal switches in the windings. Valves, non-return valves, discharge pipe, manually operated membrane pump, bolts and bearings, as well as a third 450 litre tank are available as accessories. LC221 controller with microprocessor with display for full monitoring. The pump and sensor are connected to the controller with a cable and pipe with a length of 4 m or 10 m. The power cable is 1.5 m long and fitted with a plug (complete with phase-converter for three-phase motors).
