Description
Green, orange, red. Smooth inside and outside, clean and uniformly coloured, and free of blisters, scratches, cavities, holes, dirt or impurities. The pipe ends are smooth and cut perpendicular to the pipe. Pipes have internal longitudinal grooves, ± 0.40 mm deep. Outer diameter: min. 40.1 - max. 40.4. Pipe wall thickness: min. 3.6 - max. 4.0. Internal diameter: 31.6. Ovality: max. 2.4. Maximum installation depth 1 meter below groundwater level. Minimum bending radius 45 cm. Permissible tensile force 3000 N. Maximum operating pressure: 16 bar. Ambient temperature between -10°C and +50°C during installation, between -50°C and +50°C during storage and usage.
HDPE products should preferably be protected from direct light and sunlight, for example with a UV-resistant film. If stored unprotected, the maximum exposure to light is 6 months.
